Novella exists because buying European cosmetics in Sri Lanka used to mean either inflated mall prices or an opaque Facebook seller. We import directly from European producers — across Italy, France and Spain — clear stock under our own customs licence, and sell online with cash on delivery.

We are online only. That is deliberate: no showroom rent means the bottle costs what the bottle should cost. Orders ship island-wide from Colombo.

If something arrives wrong, we fix it. If you are unsure whether a formula suits Colombo humidity, ask — we would rather answer than oversell.
