Terms of service

By placing an order with Novella Imports (Pvt) Ltd you agree to these terms. Prices are in LKR and include applicable import duties. Ownership of goods passes on delivery and payment (COD) or on cleared bank transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unfulfillable, or priced in error. In that case any payment already received is refunded in full.

Delivery estimates are working-day estimates, not guarantees. Force majeure events (weather, courier strikes, customs delays) may extend them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Contact hello@novella.lk for disputes before formal action.
