Returns & refunds

Unopened items with the manufacturer seal intact can be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, past date, or not what you ordered, we arrange collection and replace it at our cost.

Opened cosmetics cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Write to us with the order number and we will handle those case by case.
