Delivery & tracking

In-stock orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Colombo warehouse. Colombo and suburbs usually arrive the next day; other districts take two to four working days.

Pre-order items are not held in Colombo. They ship with the next European consignment and are delivered anywhere in Sri Lanka in 10–15 working days. Next-day and 2–4 day courier options are removed at checkout when a bag contains a pre-order.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 25,000. Below that threshold a flat courier fee is shown at checkout.

You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking note when the courier picks it up. The courier typically calls before attempting delivery.

Cash on delivery

Inspect the outer packaging and manufacturer seal before paying. If anything looks wrong, refuse the parcel at no cost and contact us.
