Delivery & tracking

Orders are delivered anywhere in Sri Lanka in 15–18 days.

Pre-order items ship with the next European consignment and arrive in the same 15–18 days. Faster courier options are removed at checkout when a bag contains a pre-order.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 25,000. Below that threshold island-wide delivery is Rs 480.

You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking note when the courier picks it up. The courier typically calls before attempting delivery.
