We collect the name, phone, email and delivery address you provide at checkout so we can fulfil and support your order. Cart cookies identify your bag; they are not used for advertising.

Payment details for bank transfers are never stored by us beyond the reference needed to match a payment. COD involves no card data.

We do not sell personal data. Couriers receive only what they need for delivery. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@novella.lk, subject to retention required for tax and warranty records.
